What data we process and why
Appointment requests and enquiries
When you use our appointment form, or contact us by email or phone, we process the information you give us: name, email address, phone number, the subject and description of your project, your availability and, where applicable, the adviser you would like to see. We use this data only to answer your request, arrange the appointment and, if you wish, prepare a quote.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Clients
When you place an order, we process the data needed to plan, deliver, install, invoice and service your kitchen (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
Visiting the website
Each time you visit, the server automatically records technical data (IP address, date and time, page viewed, browser). This is needed for the website to work properly and securely, and is deleted after a short time (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies
Our website only uses cookies that are technically necessary for it to work, such as a session cookie. We do not use advertising cookies or analytics tools. Fonts are hosted on our own server.
Third-party content
OpenStreetMap: the Showroom page shows a map provided by OpenStreetMap (OpenStreetMap Foundation, St John’s Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge, CB4 0WS, United Kingdom). When the map is displayed, your IP address is sent to OpenStreetMap’s servers so the map can load. No advertising or tracking cookies are set. Directions: the “Directions” button is a simple link to Google Maps. No data is sent to Google unless you click it.
Facebook: our website contains a simple link to our Facebook page. No data is sent to Facebook unless you click it.
Recipients
We never sell or rent your data. We only share it with service providers who help us run the website and carry out your project (hosting provider, manufacturer, carrier), only as far as necessary, and with the authorities where the law requires it.
Retention period
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and deleted no later than three years after our last contact if no contract is signed. Client data and accounting records are kept for the period required by law (ten years for accounting documents).
